Mouse.... they are silly with the electric hookups as they dont even take a deposit let alone payment.......no other campsites work like that.......so people do not turnup or cancel as they probably forget as they havent paid anything.....
Its annoying when you cant get an electric hookup yet there are loads empty

You usually put bottles on the bike sunday morning, rather than leave them to fester overnight!
Also good to put any food on the bike on Sunday morning, unless you want to feed the seagulls overnight.

Well, ive gone and done a daft thing.After doing a couple of sprints ive signd up for outlaw 2017. Can somebody tell me, the swim. Is it deep ? I ask because watching the TV coverage on youtube it looks like people are walking at the begining of the swim. My kind of swim !!!
Shallow to the sides for sure .. easiest swim course outside of a pool
even in the middle it isn't very deep
it is just when you are standing in the water at the start and actually you can't see the end it feels like a really really long way
it is pretty easy to stay out of the way of the chaos, just start at the back ....
I have done the outlaw swim twice and not been caught up in the chaos either time
