Morning! And a particularly dark one: past eight o'clock and no sign of the day breaking!
Lyrics: Blackbird has spoken, like the first bird
Yesterday's were Rocket Man by Elton John
What: half an hour this evening, probably including some quicker parts
Why: coaching and coaxing
Good to see you Ol!
Comments
Beautiful morning here, sun rising above the moor
What: maybe a small walk then off to Birmingham
Why: can't be on holiday forever
Last hard: crossing the waterfall yesterday. And getting stuck in bogs (was great fun though)
Lyrics: yes
Have a great day all
Sounds great, Emz...I mean Birmingham rather than Dartmoor of course! Very dark here and need the lights on still. When do you start work?
Still a holiday here (allowing time to recover!)
Blowing a hoolie with heavy rain so not too enticing but hope to get a few miles in at some point.
last rest: Sunday
last hard: most days at present
lyrics: I think so
Very frosty here first thing but gloriously bright out there now
what - club night 4x1 mile
why - I'm in charge
last hard - Think that may be today, see what the legs have left after yesterday'sXC
last rest - 4 weeks
Afternoon.
Safe journey emzap.
Enjoy the bonus day off OH.
Back to work Alehouse?
Are you introducing some more marathon specific sessions Dustin?
When do you hear about the job Ollie?
Frosty here again this morning but nothing like as bad underfoot as yesterday. Hoped to persuade the legs into a MLR today as I won't have much time to run tomorrow as I'm back in work and I think it's time to start building with London getting ever closer but things didn't go quite to plan.
What: LSR
Why: it just sort of happened
Last hard: not that
Last rest: last year
Lyrics - ys.
6 miles done, quite hard work
No work until Thursday, LMH...and will find out what I am doing until May.
Still dark and grey here!
Lyrics, yes.
Back to work, implies I went somewhere. Nope, stuck at home on laptop.
I went out for a run again. Twice in two days, it's a STREAK!
It didn't feel like a streak, more of a plod around the hamster wheel. 6.6 miles at 8:25 m/m. I know, I know, just keep doing the same thing day in, day out.
Being able to work is good Blisters as is getting out for a run two days in a row.
Evening!
More progress, Blisters!
What: 30 mins with a few sections a little quicker...and I mean a little.
Why: was going to run harder, but didn't feel great. Toothache! Dentist tomorrow to look at the tooth I seem to have broken yesterday!
