No. Do not take creatine for marathons. It will lead to weight gain and is only really good for sprinters, bodybuilders, etc. You don't want to bulk up for long distance running.
Creatine is generally considered to be a waste of time (but I'm sure you'll find some recommendations for it somewhere), but don't worry, running marathons opens up an entire new world of supplements that you've probably never heard of before to obsess over.

Personally I found beetroot, BCAA and caffeine to possibly offer some benefits (and of course carbs).
