I tend to run in the road though where I can, avoid the constant up and downs of driveways.
And another thing. Can't people just look up and not walk staring at the ground?
Also - pedestrians constantly moaning about cyclists on pavements. Yes there are a few cycling idiots out there - BUT they are probably trying to avoid being mowed down themselves by drivers.
Yeah, cars keep killing pedestrians all the time - but lets moan about the occasional bad cyclist. Bit of perspective needed..

I find most pedestrians are courteous, but the odd one just refuses to budge. It's easiest and most non-confrontational to go round or to shout excuse me please if you can't. Bikes on the pavement? Pedestrians have a right to an unencumbered space. And it's against the law, unless otherwise informed.
So we're still in agreement that a certain proportion of the population are knobheads, whether they are walking, running, cycling or driving a car. Glad that's sorted!
