RW garmin training schedules

Recently found my old Garmin 305.

i never really got much use out of it when I first bought it but I seem to remember there was some time specific training schedules on here you could upload to the watch.

ie. 16 week schedule to run a 4 hour marathon etc, are they still available, can't seem to locate them.
