Lost my Mojo!!!

Hello all

I seem to have lost my mojo somewhat, been incredibly busy with home improvements and didnt seem to have the time to run, now I do have the time, I dont have the enthusiasm for it anymore!

Anyone else had this?

Yeah life can get in the way sometimes and the running bug goes away then can mysteriously re appear. But think yourself lucky I'm injured and cant run for two months. I'm not going to give you any fancy motivational spiel, its just down to you to get your shoes on and out the door! Oh and its nice weather (or it is here) so there's no excuse.

Might be best if you go and try something different..either try going offroad without a watch or try a different sport for a while

Entering races is good motivation to keep training and also running with others, or joining a running club.

Thanks guys - think I need to just head out the door, will make sure I go out with my running club tonight! - I am sure "the bug" will return - Mr Worry, hope you recover well.

yep i was the same . taken me 18 months to start again but back on it now..just need to get your first session in.. i felt rough up to the new year drinking and eating crap plus injuries.. started after news years eve not looked back just try and focus on getting out or to the gym . i started on strength exercises in the gym 3 sessions per week. now i do something everyday..cmon groder get on it

I am pleased to say that the Mojo has returned!, I now do some form of exercise, weather it be run, gym or classes, 5 days out of 7
