Not quite the run I was planning this morning as I hit the deck hard just over half a mile in. Took most of the impact on my left (bad) forearm with a nice bruise on my shoulder too and right (good) knee. Picked myself up and started walking home but then thought that I'd probably stiffen up and be unable to run tomorrow so decided to carry on which went ok. Left arm isn't much use at the moment though I think it's soft tissue injury rather than anything broken, both knees are bruised and the left one has a couple of quite deep holes in:-(
Happy running anniversary, Wabo enjoy the race.
Great mileage, Dustin. I'll be glad to see 1000 miles on 31 December ...
My neurosurgeon broke the bad news today that my spinal injury has flared up again and I need more MRI injections. At least I know why my left leg is up to all sorts of weird things. Something to do with S1 nerve compression. Sigh. I'm still allowed to exercise but without proper feeling in the left leg it can be a bit weird
