So in 3 weeks I'm heading to stockholm for the marathon, something I've always targeted for years.
Last week I noticed my calf being particularly tight, I took a week off went back on it tonight feeling good then half a mile in felt a sharp pain like I'd been paint balled in the back of the calf. I was managed to get round another 4 miles but now I'm struggling to walk.
Is this marathon dream all over?
