How I fell in love with running...

Having never taken part in any physical activity, at 40 I discovered running and it changed my life. After 18 months I was putting in sub 1h 30m half marathons and after 2 years I ran the London Marathon.

I am currently working on getting my 5k under 19mins and have signed up to London 2018, using my time from last year. I consider myself below average, but I believe anyone can run and enjoy it.

I documented everything I learnt and techniques I used during my first 18 months… Hopefully my book will inspire you too.

A sub 20 minute 5k will put you in the top 5% at most park runs. Top 5% is not below average.

But you know that perfectly well, which is why you have written and are constantly touting your book.

I looked on Amazon to see more about your book and there was one review so far. By "Jake". 5 Stars funnily enough.

    You are a nob.
