    1L bottled water (not tap, please)
    1 x energy bar.  Something yummy and crunchy.

    I'll be at the centre of Beddgelert at the T-junction at 0725, 5 minutes earlier than last year.

    Wise move, Chimney! I haven't done any speedwork - but have been doing slow recovery runs to try and loosen up my tight areas. Seems to be some progress - last 4m this morning before work coming up as a final check...

    Morning everyone, I am all packed and ready for my road trip! Still have a cold but feel a bit better than yesterday...here's hoping! I know I am going to be slow, definitely over 5 hours, maybe a lot over 5 hours! I hope to see some of you but you are all so speedy! I will be wearing a Tenovus charity vest with my name "Jaynie" on the front. Not sure if wifi will allow me back on here later! Have a great run everyone :)

    T Rex, that was another excellent account of a traumatic experience. Well done with that 100 time too. The pre-race adrenaline must have done you good.

    Sorry I won't be joining all you SNODders tomorrow (again, 2nd year running). :-( Good luck to all. I'll soon be motoring off in the opposite direction to Jedburgh to keep the Runfurther Grand Slam alive (11th race out of 12). May the weather be kind to us all.

    Number is 1580 and hoping to beat my 2010 time of 5 hrs but I will be happy to complete course without any cramp ,on the energy drinks since Wednesday. Work in Llanberis so picking up number after i finish. Good luck everyone.

    Great report trex, and well done on just completing 100 miles! A pb to boot is fantastic. Good luck to everyone tomorrow, would be great to have a chat with people from the forum but I wouldn't know any faces other then maybe John from his profile picture. I will be number 540 if anyone remembers. I would love to have joined for post trace drinks but won't be able to make it. I will stay for presentations though. Hope to see people tomorrow.

    I am feeling very nervous, didn't sleep well but the adrenaline will keep me going. Going to head to Llanberis quite early and enjoy the atmosphere...and loo queues :D Good luck everyone  :D
