Morning!
Lyrics: If I were to say to you,
"Can you keep a secret?"
What: zero
Why: not well. Suspect I have picked up another chest infection to go with the back pain that has had me up for the last hour or so. At least the cricket is on! Probably been hit by something in the lyrics' title!
Sounds a tough course at the Southerns, Dustin!
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

I did manage a long run, windier out than I was expecting but mild. I'm a long way from where I was or would like to be but that's not surprising, still disappointing though but at least I'm running.
Safe trip SC

Dustin, hard but rewarding
great weekend away, till I found out that I had forgotten that I had entered a race and therefore didn't show as double booked DOH.....
still a good amount of running done on Fri and Saturday with 10.6 on Sat and then just over 11 on Sat over 3 runs (2 of which were in planned to see a friend, and as was staying nearby was easier to run there and back).
Rest day today, which is rare for a Sunday 46.5m for the week.
