Anyone have any experience with Osgood Schlatters or as I call it my 'double knees'
Was diagnosed with this as a kid told the bumps under my kneecaps would disappear after my teens but they never have basically and I'm 27 now
Doesn't seem to be much info on it for adults online and as it's not really giving me any pain when I run or anytime really unless I kneel or fall on them I've kind of just fobbed it off
Should I be taking any precautions when running?
