What: Whatever I can squeeze in today. 6 miles I think, have a meeting late morning so will run 3 to it then 3 back. People I work with are used to this. Two birds one stone and all that.
Why: Lot of driving yesterday, but got 8 miles in when got home. Not much sleep last night, so doing my minimum marker as knackered.

Mixture of fog, rain and sleet here. It wasn't windy and I was tempted to run outside but it was just too wet in the end and I opted for the gym.
