So - I live somewhere pretty flat (York) and shortly I'm going to be moving somewhere even flatter (Cambridge).
I'd like to be able to run up hills!
That means trying to train for the hills, in order to be able to enjoy them when I get the opportunity.
Training tips welcome.

For example, we can invent shoes with heel lower than forefoot. With this kind of shoes, we can training uphill run even in the flat lands.
Why don't people make these shoes?
I'm engineer but not in shoes industry.
Just my 2 cents.
I half expected someone local to tell me about some building with a handy staircase.
