Blister on arch gone black

<div><div><div><div>Hi guys yesterday i got a small kind of blister under the arch of my foot caused im guessing by my insoles. Anyways it wasnt really sore and i thought nothing of it. I wpke up middle of night and it was throbbing i presumed itl be fine in morning.
</div></div></div></div><div><p>Now its still very sore even when theres 0 pressurr on that foot and the centre of the blister has gone black. Its confusing to say the least considering yesterday it was fine and after been rested its very sore when i walk and now black.</p><p>Would a compeed help? Any advice</p></div>

Yeah i think your right. Its definitely popped and its tge area around it where its red thats very sore. Im struggling to walk on it. Any suggestions? Im considering sticking a compeed on to try help
