I need a goal. A specific goal. Something that will help me get back into the swing of things again.
I need a triathlon. A sprint distance, beginner friendly one somewhere in the south east.
I may also need a friendly bunch of Pirates to make sure that I have plenty of abuse on the day.

When were you thinking?
Did it last year as my first tri and really enjoyed myself. They also do an olympic and middle distance race the same day, so the spring field is smallish at under 100. Pretty cheap too.
