Today's lyrics: If I should suddenly start to sing

Very windy today. Might run in the woods again. At least it's sheltered.

  • Morning.

Hope you continue to enjoy your holiday emzap.

Have a nice run in the woods chicksta. Unfortunately I think my tiredness will be here until after my jab at least (end of next week).

Tired and feeling a bit battered today - obviously running less yesterday wasn't the answer! Bright this morning and still but a bit on the chilly side for me.

What:         easy miles, will see how I feel once out/gym
Why:          marathon/need to get back to my little strength routine
    Last hard:  getting up
    Last rest:   4/5

    Lyrics - no.
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

    Morning!

    Lyrics: no

What: stretches etc in fitness suite this evening

Why: can't do much more plus I work Thursdays.

Hen do, early honeymoon or just a holiday: enjoy whichever it is, Emz!

Cold here also this morning but may well turn into quite a warm one.

Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Morning all
Chick run in woods sounds perfect!
SC  I don't really think she is more relaxed if I am honest.  She needs to let them know a week before if she doesn't want procedure, which is due on 4/6 day after we come back from holiday.   Enjoy your easy lunchtime miles
DD have a great track session
dustin have a nice easy thursday
WP one mile is my mark, sensible though
alehouse it was fresh but looking nice out there now, thanks for asking after Jodie and you WP
LMH have a great and easy run!

what: only 1.3, yoga tonight then taking big bro out for his birthday
why: only the 1.3 as I really had no more time!! Slept like a baby (cbd oil)
last hard: this morning though I felt I wanted more
    last easy: 31/12/16

I am on day 502 of running now
    Have a great day all

    That's really impressive streaking wabo.

DD: enjoy track. I should pluck up some courage to attempt speedwork ... I've become very lazy

I like easy Thursday Dustin :)

SC: I've forgotten - what are you tapering for?

Glad peak flow is on the way up Poppy. Isn't it odd that most of us on here have asthma issues?

When is your next marathon LMH?

What: 8 and a bit miles in the woods
Why: too windy for the roads
Last hard: quads are mashed from all those hills around here
    Last rest: 10/5
  • Potentially the 10th June chicksta. My asthma hasn't fully settled after Sunday - no wonder I don't usually do the shorter races!

    When do you travel SC?

Do you think she might not have the op Wabo? Hope you and your brother enjoy the night out.

I thought you liked OW swimming DD?

    Nice double Dustin.
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

Super-busy today, was sweating earlier as didn't think I would be able to get out for a run-fix, but under desperation there is always a way, sneaky lunchtime 6 circular up to the forestry and back on old railway line.

    What: Sneaky 6
Why: The subconscious mind controls the decision
Last Easy: Running on springy wood decked walkway in woods
Lyrics: Daaamnn yoooouuu lyrics. Again you torture me... (That means no)

Have a good day rest of the day chaps, Dustin you will be free soon. (Free the London 1)

Last 5 miles run pre LIverpool trip. Not treacle today, just golden syrup. Bleah
Drive to Bala tomorrow morning, do some work then up through Wirral and under the tunnel in the afternoon. Plan is Birkenhead parkrun Sat just because and do half with son on Sunday. Back to Bala Monday for mid-day meeting then home to teach tkd. We'll see.
  • It has to be her decision Wabo - just hope she makes the right one for her. Must be a worry for you.

Golden syrup is definitely less viscous SC so going in the right direction:-) You'll be right by Sunday I'm sure!

I'm glad you managed to prise open a window of opportunity Benjy. Sounds like a lovely run.
