Morning!
Lyrics: I've been running hot,
You got me ticking
What: may have a short run/walk
Why: struggling, plus time constraints today.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

I may have been a touch misleading with my post yesterday: lunchtime was my session, opting for 5x400s up Greenwich Hill rather than 8x600s on the flat. Clearly a mistake.
The evening session (short hills) I was coaching so for me it was a recovery run there and back (a mile each way) and slow jogs in between.
Today - steady lunchtime
Why - recovery
last rest - Friday
last hard - yesterday
lyric - possibly
getting sorted for going away again.
What: something on the bike
Why; don’t want to run or swim
Last Hard: twice up to the Iron age fort on Hambledon hill last night on the alleged club social run. Memo to DD “ don’t go off witn the best fell runners in the club when you have only been back at it for two months”
Lyrics: no idea
Thanks! Yep. First one since April 2016 which was a DNF at 25k
Hope your bruises have settled and allow a run today.
What: 10 miles
Why: I said on here yesterday that I would
Last hard: that was - body not used to consecutive MLRs and me ramping up mileage last week.
Last rest: 31/5
Lyrics: yes
Well done chicksta. As long as you don't care about the pace building the back to back runs is good.
Nice day for a bike ride DD - Mark took his out this morning.
Sorry to hear you're struggling Alehouse.
How long are you away for this time OH?
What: short and easy
Why: taper
Last hard: finding somewhere to run easy
Last rest: 4/5
Lyrics - no but appropriate, it's another lovely day here.
Another no run day sadly so very grumpy me but I am hopeful for tomorrow ever the optimist.
Good running especially in the heat Chick:-)
Miles makes smiles.
Progression
What: 8 km
Why: getting back to normal life
Last hard: see above!
