Why: weather! Supposed to rain until Sunday lunch! Achilles was not good yesterday and needs lots of stretching.

What - easy lunchtime run
Why - ticking over, it's a double header this weekend: Hampshire XC at Bournemouth tomorrow, and a neighbouring village has a charity run for local schools on Sunday, so that's 10k over rutted farm tracks. Will be a useful recovery run. There is a BBQ and cake stall. I have no idea why I entered...
