RFJ - yes, going to be a long season I think...
QoP poked and probed the knee, and said that glutes, calf and hamstring all very tight which is as expected given the locked knee.
Bit of ultrasound and a lot of manipulation to loosen things off, so feels better today but she did say no running until the weekend. I had to ask for a translation as I couldn't compute that message.

Re my Achilles, yesterday afternoon it creaked, then woke me up in the night...and not a squeak from it all day! Definitely a fine balance between running, strengthening, managing etc.
