Why - enjoy the crispness
last rest - yesterday in the end. Impromptu lunchtime curry with the guys from work and with eldest back yesterday had family dinner in the evening. Did think of a run around 9pm, but couldn't see any logical reason to go out.

Managed my gentle run in daylight, and very pleasant it was: sunny and dry with little wind. Well-wrapped up against the cold though. Snow currently forecast for the morning.
