LMH: I think my 7 hours sleep were just complete and utter exhaustion. Back to my usual disrupted pattern last night.

Wet and windy again. Going to do some yoga now and a little run later. Still pitch black of course. But today is the 23rd so days are already getting longer

We have a wet day ahead too chicksta but the next few days are forecast to be better. Hope you can enjoy a run and start to recharge.

Tesco was fairly quiet at 10. One batch of Stollen baked before Tesco; another batch just now. Off to Chester shortly to deliver presents to my brother's family.

What - 12 trail miles, a repeat of yesterday's run but this time with some of the village crew

Last Rest - 10 days
Last hard - yesterday: up and out by 7 for Christmas (food) shopping and to collect the turkey. Back and out for a run (12 trail miles), take youngest parking practice in the car, then club's Christmas dinner in the evening. Exhausted.
