Hi i had my vo2 measured at 49 ( i am 47 90kg 6ft ) My question is when i run at vo2 max of 150 i feel ok??? It was measured on a bike but wonder why i dont feel tired?
Not enough info to answer you. Are you confusing VO2 max and HR by any chance?
running and cycling measurements are generally different. Threshold hr on a bike for me is a good 10 bpm lower than when i run.
How was your vo2 measured? did they also measure your hr zones to tell you vo2 hr was 150?

hi. yeah it was on a bike and measured at 49, this gives me a lactic threshold of 150 apparently but feel ok running at 150bpm??
my bike threshold is about 155. my running is about 170.
Best way of getting an idea is go and run hard at a parkkrun wearing a heart rate monitor then work backwards.
