Morning
Lyrics: Jamie, Harry, Friends
There's just a few more hours.
Not sure what I'm doing today as heading off to the middle of nowhere for a wedding. Will be offline for a few days I think.
Hoping to do villiersdorp parkrun tomorrow but let's see if there are tarred roads to get me there...
Good luck on Sunday lmh. Whatever the outcome, I hope you enjoy it.
Also anyone else racing at the weekend good luck and enjoy.
Ale hope the hips are feeling better.
Have a lovely day all

I don't think it matters at all Hazel - it's the effort that counts.
Hope the snow doesn't cause you any problems chicksta.
I do that sometimes Donaldo (though very occasionally) as near as I get to any speed work. Good news on the knee.
I know what you mean Alehouse, makes it more likely it's a general use thing rather than an injury.
Hope you enjoy the wedding and get to the parkrun emzap.
Decorators finished here yesterday Benjy - going to take a few days to clean up and then I can finally start to get straight - many of my possessions that usually live downstairs have been in MiL's garage since the end of September!
Forecast for Sunday is rather windy (gusting 40mph) which takes the pressure off a bit more (though to be honest I'm not really feeling any - too much else to worry about and too tired/stressed). I'm mostly looking forward to the day out and in the evening we (MiL, BiL and his partner) are going out for an Indian.
