  Hi Gilly, I'm suppose to do it but have been struck with injury. Just joined this form to see if anyone can help me out with my injury before I go to the doctor next week. Good luck with the half marathon!

  Not done Worthing before and unfortunately I'm working away when this is on. But good luck with it. If it's anything like Eastbourne or Brighton it should be good.

  I did this last yr. Pancake flat, a mile or so up and fown the seafront to start with,  5 miles round closed roads behind the seafront and then 3 mile west and back east again on the seafront, finishing on the prom. The wind was brutal last year ! Im in again for this year though.
