    Wabo - ouch 
    What - club night 6x800s at 5k pace, a bit of VO2 max work for the marathon mob.
    Why - schedule told me

    last hard - it will be today
    Was supposed to see fizz last night, but once again SWR have proved their inability to cope with a single broken down train, so just shy of an hour late getting home. Rescheduled for next Monday. Slight improvement this morning, 'only' 25 minutes late.

    Good that you had a couple of positive runs LMH. 

    I'm just a crap cyclist Chicksta.  There are no entirely flat routes around here but I don't have to do more than undulating if I don't want to.  Good news on your pace returning.

    Glad the van is fixed OH, good timing with your coast run and the bus.

    Dustin your train issues put things in perspective when people start complaining here about an occasional few minutes delay.  Have a good club session.

    Really hope that dentist appointment brings relief Wabo.  You shouldn't have to wait that long if you are in such pain.
