Hi advice please.
I entered my first ultra before being notified I had been selected for London. As the ultra is a week after London I was not going to do it. However now having second thoughts. Any advice on if this is achievable much appreciated.

Focus on recovery from London, eat, rehydrate ASAP and gentle recovery run 3 to 5 miles on the Monday morning to get the muscles working again. Short easy runs for the rest of the week, take 2 rest days before the ultra if you wish, sleep and eat well and you'll be fine.
