Picked up 'Running with Legends: training and racing insights from 21 great runners' by Michael Sandrock today. Found it in Borders in London. The author has interviewed runners including Emil Zatopeck, Lasse Viren, Ingrid Kristiansen and Kip Keino. It was published in 96 in the US, but haven't seen it in the UK before. Looks great.
