Well done, poppy. Sounds like an enjoyable outing yesterday.

Nice training mix, Hazel. Should have  watched the tennis rather than TdF which was a bit boring ...

  • Morning.

Nice to see you Ollie - how’s life treating you?

A very nice ice cream was had yesterday 😊

Beautiful morning here, six miles run before breakfast and Mark wants me to show him the five mile route so I shall be out for a double once breakfast has settled- that’s two weeks in a row! Though mileage will still be low this week.
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

    Morning again!

What: just over 53 minutes, mainly off road and too much of it along a very overgrown riverbank (the wrong side, beyond Northenden, OH!)

    Why: what M74 decided.

    Enjoy your double, LMH!

  • I did thanks Alehouse, it was nice to go out again and run with Mark and we’ve had a couple of nice walks too. It’s been a great day weather wise. Unfortunately MiL stated that she ‘thought I was trying to kill her’ with ‘all’ the activity I was encouraging her to do and declined to join us on a short walk (we were planning just a couple of miles with her) because her legs ache from the 2500 steps she’d done.........

what - up in Leeds for eldest’s graduation (tomorrow) so 8 easy first thing.
    why - squeezing it in
    last rest - 3 weeks
