Hi all, as the subject says can anyone offer advice? Like a big elephantine oaf i stubbed my toe bad last week, thought was dislocated as was pointing wrong direction but nope, it was broken.
Dr said 4-6 weeks to heal but wondered if anyone's got back running more quickly (without causing damage!).
I see lots of old threads where people suggest strapping it and carrying on. I'm a week on and can manage to get shoes on, i've tried to stay off my feet but it's hard with kids, job etc. Such a silly injury !

Whatever you do, don't take it to market!
> Stay off your feet as much as possible and cross train (any activity that doesn't aggravate the injury) - perhaps reevaluate things in 2 weeks time.

heehee ! Thanks, its quite a revelation to try to limit my steps ... proving difficult with kids, dog etc !
