    Morning

What: hopefully a walk to the library
    Why: baby bounce and rhyme
Last hard: yesterday afternoon. Lucas wouldn't stop crying again. Think his tongue was sore and he kept looking really surprised when he was able to move it, it was quite sweet!
    Lyrics:nope

Yesterday's were Beach Boys In My Room

Wabo thinking of you and your oh.

Lmh we don't mind. We use them interchangeably (as well as poo face, munchkin etc :joy:). Was thinking of you and what you've been through this year in the middle of the night.  You really have had a horrible year.

Sounds nice chick. Bavaria's practically another country anyway  beautiful there though, please post some pics :)

Sorry I didn't start lmh, I was so exhausted I could hardly get awake to feed him, let alone think of lyrics!

  • Morning!

    Lyrics: no

    ((Wabo))

Enjoy today at the library, Emz

    What: fitness suite this evening

Why: Thursday routine, not that it is a routine Thursday. Tooth out shortly and then funeral this afternoon.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Morning All
((Wabo)) - today's (albeit short) run is for your FiL
    Hazel - nice miles
Emz - oooh baby bounce and rhymes, I remember those group activities......
LmH - sorry to hear Mark didn't get his spot

Thanks for the congrats, I was somewhat surprised but it would seem I know more people in this year via the ballot than in many previous ones. I wasn't even considering a spring marathon so I guess I need to replan 2020...

What - easy run with strides + U11 coaching
    Why - VLM !
    last rest - 12 days
    last hard - Tuesday
    lyric - not sure

  • Dustin,You will need to add cake to the training for your Spring marathon it will help with the miles:-)

Wabo: Hugs sorry about FIL I hopethe run helped.

    What Short run
Why: Made shorter than planned by calf ache out of the blue
    Last Hard: aborted run/GSR
    lyrics: Nope

So compression socks on and pray it gets better soon looks like walking for me for a few days......
    ALF: Always a little further
    Miles makes smiles.
    Progression
  • It won't do your race chances any harm at this stage Poppy.

Don't worry emzap - you are allowed/deserve a day off now and again :-) I hope you have a nice time with Lucas today and that both of you are healing well. I keep thinking that things must get better and then I worry that I'm tempting fate by doing so!

Hope your day is ok Alehouse.

It will be nice to have the virtual company this year Dustin though seeing your training sessions makes me feel very amateurish!
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

possunt quia posse videntur - we can because we know we can
  • Afternoon!

Enjoy your run later, Wabo! And no wonder you are tired.

So, tooth out. Painful, but to be expected. Ricky's funeral was remarkably good, as far as these can be. A large number of people there, so many that not all could fit in the crematorium and some had to go into another room for a video link. Spoke to a number of people that I haven't seen since the 70s or early 80s.

Off to the fitness suite shortly.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
  • You're doing great Wabo - don't push yourself too far at the minute though.

I'm glad the funeral was good Alehouse.
