What: lots of stretches and strengthening this evening

Why: not ready to run every day/work gets in the way, I'm pleased to say

Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Why: I can't drive still but also good for me to walk :)

    Lmh Lucas seems fine now and feeding getting easier. Do you think your lurgy is taper madness?

    We have a distraction strategy for bloods, pick a topic and go through the alphabet naming things. Works really well.

    Walked about 5km to doctor's then coffee. Hopefully bake a cake this afternoon for my guests tomorrow (Lucas dependant!).

    Ale, I can't think what they are!!!

    What have you baked emzap? It could be taper madness but I would expect my RHR to be getting lower with my lower mileage so the fact that it's elevated probably means it's real. Very low level though.

    LMH: Fingers crossed it all clears before Sunday.

    What: 7+ hilly trail miles run and another short MTB ride. This time deliberately short.
    Why: I'm in the mountains and I had to face my cycling downhill demons.
