I understand the logic behind it, but am not sure if it is the best solution for the spam problem. It can encourage meaningless posts on the contrary.
I am personally trying hard to not post "Post 1, Post 2, and Post3 - Voila", just to be able to start a new thread and ask my meaningful running related question.
