    Raining here but due to stop for a couple of hours.

    What: probably a short run and stretches/strengthening of some sort

    Why: legs feel a bit battered from long stretch/strengthening session yesterday
    Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Why: putting back in a 6th running day, get some fresh air and legs tired from this week's ups and downs

    Enjoy your run in company, wabo and hope the sinuses clear up. 

    Hope you found some enthusiasm for stretching, Hazel. I should definitely do more.

    What: 5 miles on the TM playing with various inclines followed by some heavy weights (for me). The beefcakes in the gym had a laugh of course.

    I bet I'd give you a run for your money in upper body puniness chicksta. By the time I had returned from my morning (no longer dog) walk it had dried up and was actually quite pleasant for my run, warmer than the last couple of days.

    Hazel - hope the run made you feel better.

    You are putting in some good consistent training Dustin. I always feel a little guilty about just going out and bimbling all the time when I see your intervals etc.

    Well done Emz. Hope you are over the worst. 

    Has been a pleasant day here in the end. For November anyway. Run wasn't great: legs a bit jelly-ish. Hope it is from the exercises and am not going down with something. Hope you are better soon, Chamolk

    A friend popped in this pm and we plan to do a new (or new last week) parkrun together tomorrow. Forecast is grim from now until well past 9 am!
