Amsterdam Marathon 20 Oct 2019

Has anyone run the Amsterdam Marathon in recent years? I've read that they give Isostar drinks and water at the hydration stations. Is the Isostar drink just an electrolyte drink or is it an energy drink? When they give water out is it in a bottle or cup? I plan to bring a water bottle and to top it up with water and electrolytes en route.

Also, my 7 year old and my husband want to see me come into the stadium at the finish. Is it easy for spectators to get in to the stadium and make their way to somewhere they can view? If it's crazy busy getting in there I'd rather they avoided it and met them somewhere else.
