Which running shoes are 'deep' enough for my chunky orthopaedic insoles?

I wear insoles made of poron that are about 1cm thick, under the whole sole of the foot. I find that for most shoes etc I can remove the existing inners and substitue my own and this works for ski boots, walking boots etc., but I find running shoes don't fit and lace properly after cramming these in. Can anyone recommend a good 'deep' running shoe!! My days of PB setting are long gone, but it would be good to run again. (NB. I need the insoles due to bursitis and morton's neuroma from running!!)
