Alehouse funny enough my run yesterday was at 1 on the incline. My run the other day took the level up to 6, 8, 10!!!! I had to stop that programme and pick another one it was just too hard.
Hazel have a good mlr. Never been a fan of treadmills but I've persevered and now I'm so glad I've got mine!
Lmh enjoy the short and easy. It's dry here. My mum will get her card and chocolates today. Wish I could be with her but next year is a Biggie we'll make a fuss of that!

Why: Hazel told me to get it done/time on feet/consistent consistency/gradual progression etc.
Dry but grey and cold: wore my OMM "sleeping bag" jacket; rain due later.

Hope you had a good MLR Hazel. I don't enjoy treadie running, it's the being outside that does it for me really but when needs must I can.
