Can anyone help?
for a few weeks I’ve been suffering an odd leg injury and can’t fathom it out.
Initially I could Run through it, it hurt for the first few strides and after stopping for a break etc, but no pain while Actually running. now it hurts to run, hurts to walk first thing in the morning. Sometimes my whole leg seems numb, but I can’t find any particular sore point. Stretching and yoga are taking the edge off it, cycling is pain free, but I just cannot run.<div>Any suggestions?</div>

my physio suggested sciatica, so it’s interesting to have that backed up. I think I just need to keep stretching and try to use that resource so rare In us runners.......patience!!!
