    Morning again!

Sounds fun...and tough,  Wabo! And I knew you would know the lyrics! Did you work out where you are up to on LEJOG?

Stayed dry for my run, LMH, despite the forecast. Extremely blustery though, with lots of debris from trees and bushes.

What: 31 minutes  d&d, nice and gentle. Stretches later.

Why: get it done before the rain.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
  • Enjoy your run with company Wabo.

You did better than me Alehouse, chucked it down here and windy with it. Better than not running though.
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

    Hiya
Managed to get on the right day today, so yes, Wednesday I put on Tuesday's thread.
    Been a long week!
    Sounds fun Wabo
What - something easy & some S&C later
    Why - caution
    last rest - Fraiday
last hard - reigning it in
8 and a bit miles yesterday in sporadic rain, but nice to get that sort of distance in midweek. Run was fine but still a bit tender around the middle. Not actually ribs, it's more lower abdomen, lower back, all connected somehow I guess...
lyric - think I ought to

Great running going on - I am slowly but surely going a bit mad being chained to the couch and it hasn't even been 3 weeks... Boot comes off on July 10 by which time I can hopefully do non-impact things like cycling, swimming or walking.

    Getting there, Dustin.

Glad the magic cream did the trick, LMH.

Must be hard to plan for races if nobody really knows what's going to happen...

    Fell race sounds tough, wabo.

Somehow I thought I posted yesterday but obviously not. Brain is fried ...

So, more s&c and lots of work. At least I have that to keep me occupied. There's only so much Netflix one can watch :)
  • Count down the days chicksta - you'll soon be back out there.

Good that running isn't painful Dustin.

Unfortunately I'm not sure the magic cream is going to work tomorrow. My knee was fine when I came back from my run but 'went' as I walked downstairs after my shower. It's currently very painful just sitting - I'm hoping it will sort itself out as quickly but I feel it's unlikely. I'm not rating my chances of getting a steroid injection at the moment either :-(
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

    Me again
I am loved the run! It will be trail marked now so we'll try to go together properly Saturday. It's a lovely course but obviously very hard.
Lmh oh this is so tough for you with the knee, so sorry
Chick hang in there. The times are tough enough as you say without being unable to do the running etc
Dustin it was amazing this morning, good miles you've got going on
