Morning!
Lyrics: You gotta take your time
You gotta say what you say
What: whatever the legs decide
Why: hoping for something quicker but if it doesn't happen that's fine!
Hoping to stay dry for once!
Sounds like a good week so far, Hazel!
Wonder if WP will pop in and tell us that she has been naughty!
And when is your next little run, Chick?
Back later!
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Yesterday's lyrics - I Don't Feel Like Dancin' by Scissor Sisters.
I don't think Poppy is injured Alehouse?
Forecast to be dry here until this afternoon.
Hope you continue to enjoy your week off Hazel.
That does sound like a dramatic change in weather chicksta.
I may wrap up (chilly today - it really doesn't feel like August) and take my bike out for a spin just for a change of scene and some fresh air. Not being able to go for a good walk makes not being able to run worse. Boston (UK) marathon cancelled yesterday.
What: no running
Why: knee is fecked
Last hard: not being able to run
Last rest: 26/8
Lyrics - familiar.
Bike sounds like a good option, LMH!
Yes, I was surprised Boston cancelled so close to the event. And yes, I know WP isn't injured!
Just wondering whether to do a MLR instead today. Don't seem to be able to fit in everything that I want to do!
Lyrics yes
Alehouse if you do an mlr hope it goes well, your day sounds like mine
Lmh I should have known your lyrics yesterday. Hope you do get out on your bike and it's ok.
What at least 4 miles not sure when
Why lots to do plus going out to eat tonight
Last hard last night
Last rest 31/12/16
Have a good day all
What: just over 2k warm up and then 3 x 3 mins hard with 2 mins recovery
Why: decided to roll with the original plan. Step 3 part 2 of speedwork. Am finding it difficult to fit in a MLR, LSR, 2 times faster stuff whilst having some recovery runs. Tomorrow needs to be a recovery run so unless I am very fortunate there will only either be a MLR or a LSR this week.
And I stayed dry. Pretty cool: "feels like 11 degrees". Actually just about perfect for running now that the wind has dropped. tracksters, two tops, gloves. Definitely autumnal.
Wabo: where are you on LEJOG?
Ale - nice session
Wabo - enjoy the feed tonight
LMH - bike is no substitute but at least it's getting out!
Not doing the virtual London, no inclination to run 26 miles at the moment.
What - hopefully a run
Why - aborted yesterday after 2 miles as hammy was niggly. Up in that there London town today, return to the office for the first time since late March. Desk still here, PC works, and my tea mug is untouched. Also found some kit (clean) in the drawer.
last rest - 20/06
last hard - stopping after 2 yesterday grrr
It's difficult to have it all Alehouse :-)
Indeed, LMH! I'm grateful that I can run! How was the bike?
Take care, Dustin!
What: just over 5km with a friend
Why: 5 km a day
Last hard: that was. My legs were so stiff! Had been to the park with a friend earlier and held Lucas for an hour which may have had something to do with it!
Lyrics: I think I may...
Lmh I guess good you got out but not the same is it?
Ale I agree, a 10 day cycle may be a good idea?
Wabo how was your meal?
Have a great evening all, I'm cream crackered!
Installed roller blinds.
A bit of painting preparation (both sorts)
7 days down (on my no-run no-swim streak)
Lyrics no
Another good day, but could do with a bit of wind to blow the midges away!
