How do you carry your phone during your run?

  I also cannot run with my phone. It is inconvenient and really distracting. When I run, I want this time only for me, no calls, no messages, sometimes I even turn off the music.

  I like to carry my phone for music! I tend to put it in a zipper pocket in winter and then a waist band in summer but I want to try one of the running jacket phone holders as I think it will move about less!

  I have music on my watch, ear buds in and phone stays at home. I'm really bad for checking my phone all the time when I'm out, running without it gives me a welcome break

  Absolutely agree. Running is a personal escape, a time to disconnect. The intrusion of calls and messages disrupts the focus and serenity that running provides. A tech-free run is essential for mental clarity.
