Morning!

Lyrics: You went away and left me long time ago
Now you're knocking on my door

Yesterday's lyrics were David Essex with A Winter's Tale

What: probably short and easy

Why: not rushing things

Back later.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Morning.

Everything is difficult without coffee chicksta! I enjoyed my run yesterday, knee isn't so happy this morning but I'm hoping it will settle today and be ok to run again tomorrow. Hope you had a better night and the work stress eases.

Hope you and your daughter are feeling better Wabo.

    Nothing to rush for Alehouse.

I should probably marzipan my cake today as I'll have time, can't keep putting it off!

    Morning

Not sure what I'm up to today. Running is taking a bit of a back seat as I have a Christmas market this weekend and need to sew things up for it.

Am hoping I may get to club but we'll see how I get on.

Hope knee improves through the day lmh

Don't know the lyrics again today.

    Wabo how are you feeling?

Els feeling ok after yesterday's outing?

    Have a great day all

I was scared and nervous about falling but I kept repeating my mantra keep those sodding feet up and worked   very slow as being so careful but the come back has started.

emzap - the running will wait. It sounds as though you are enjoying the making.

Good news that you were able to run today Poppy.

WP and Emz   yep all fine actually felt better after run than on Monday when was a bit headachey.  Going out with faster friend....I guess that's everyone at present....this afternoon so could be tougher!
Decided Fri is day for making marzipan for Christmas cake here....birthday cake for Peter today and would like to make something for friends birthday tomorrow.
Huddling by the fire as boiler broken not a v good way for Peter to celebrate birthday.
Gonna get myself out for a walk to warm up. Already fed up of avoiding folk cos we've been in tier 3.....although Edinburgh has gone down to tier 2 this week.
First immunizations apparently given in Orkney to care home manager....thought we might have been much later due to logistics of getting/keeping it here.
    Have a good day folks.

    Morning again!

    Happy birthday, OH!

Lyrics: I heard someone on the radio suggest that this was the song that sums up 2020!

And too early for marzipan. Usually about 14th or 15th.

    Evening!

    Dark!

Hope the boiler gets sorted, OH! Not the best of birthday presents! Enjoy the cake.

What: just over half an hour off road, including pushing a few sections

Why: running to feel and actually felt quite good in parts and had to rein it in at times. First time that I have felt like pushing the pace for six or seven weeks.

Any news, Wabo? Like feeling better!

Went put running and came home to sorted boiler...great.....though it's taking a while to warm up.
Had a nice run/chat with friend...felt like a good pace but wasn't though we had a couple of minutes walking behind a few cows which slowed things down.
    Ale...that sounds good!
    Yup...no word from wabo yet.
