I'm having problems with socks. I ran last Park Run I had my new running shoes on, and had trainer socks on. My soles felt as though they were on fire at the end of the run. This week I used normal shoe socks and wasn't as bad but almost.
What does everyone else use and would anyone recommend running without socks?
