    Off today but feeling like a rest day.
    Too windy for swimming but managed swim at 6pm after work yesterday. Water starting to get warmer. :smile:

    I am sure the water is still too cold, OH!

    Just had about 25 minutes very slow walk, without my stick and no real issues apart from being accompanied by a constant dull ache in the back of my head.

    What - 10 miles (road) & a few hours in the garden + a trip to the garden centre!
    Why - mileage
    last rest - 10/10
    last hard - Thursday but today was a bit tougher than planned
