Good morning all - looking for some advice.... about 2 weeks ago I went for a run and felt pain in my lower leg, probably achilles tendon, I have rested it on and off, the latest rest being 5 days, I went out this morning and it feels worse than ever - I have had a support on it, when running and sometimes when not, I appreciate that there is probably no "quick fix" for this, but was just wondering if anyone here had experienced this, and any tip for a speedier recovery?!

Physio is probably the best option so you can get a detailed rehab plan.
