Morning!
Lyrics: When your world is full of strange arrangements
And gravity won't pull you through
Still on Wabo's theme!
What: maybe a walk and gardening and stretches
Why: see what I manage. Working from home this morning. And the headache still rumbles on.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Enjoy your walk alehouse and gardening, putting me to shame with the garden
Why it gets me out early
Going straight to the office after run. Breakfast packed! Going in running clothes s*d it, should make for a better less black dog Day
What: Jog with the Sloths - loop tonight, and they're the fast ones, so I'll be a way behind.
Why: Got this 10k in May. I can do 10k it seems, but veeeery slowly.
'less black dog day' - I feel that Wabo!
Hazel - good skills with the LT, enjoy your Medium.
Wabo - good news about the race, and well done for leaving that dog behind
Ale - good news getting the work PC to fire up. Enjoy the gardening
Keller - have fun with the sloths!
What - easy run, maybe some strides
Why - taking it easy, was jabbed earlier
last rest - 10/10
last hard - Tuesday's hills are still lingering
lyric - yes indeed, not played this for a while, with remedy that later.
Keller: Good to see you pop in, Keller. Enjoy the jog with the sloths.
Glad you shook the black dog off in the woods, wabo. Yay, a race!! Hope it happens.
Nice work on the LT, Hazel. I did part one (about 6k steps earlier) and lost the will to live a bit. Will do part 2 now that I'm finished with work.
Sorry to hear about the headache, Ale.
Yes to lyrics.
Covid test tomorrow
Hope that everything goes well tomorrow Chick...and more importantly on Saturday.
That sounds better, Wabo! Not familiar with the term "race"!
Good to see you Keller! Was surprised to read that you are running with others! Thought exercise was with one other person only at present! Don't get fined!
Easy does it post jab, Dustin!
Enjoy the MLR, Hazel!
A bright and sunny afternoon here, albeit breezy. So after a morning of staring at the laptop, managed to mow both lawns and edge the grass. First cut of spring. And a supermarket shop. Only about 6000 steps though!
