Morning!

Happy Easter! For many Christians today is the happiest day of the year!

What: hopefully another short run plus stretches

Why: need to get back in the routine of both. If my running isn't doing very well the stretches are worse!

    3 mile walk for coffee and cake at pop up stall by folks who normally run local cafe, and back.

    My oh and I walked 5 miles together earlier. Going to do yoga in a bit, then over to see mum and dad.

    It's a weird Easter Sunday. Usually there's loads of people about but it's eerily quiet. Ok, the weather isn't very nice (grey and cold) which may play a role.

    Actually I ended up running 2.75, part with oh on his bike, then we parted and I ran home.

    Enjoy the family meet up Chicksta. The frost won't be so great as the fruit trees are starting to blossom in places.

    Nice to have a bit of company Wabo.

    Hope you managed a run in the meantime Ale.

    What: 6.x recovery k this am pre breakfast, around 10 mile hike with OH later.
    Why: keeping him happy, making use of the sunny weather. Long run postponed until tomorrow.

    Hazel - hike sounds nice after - enjoy the long run tomorrow
    Ale - make it out?
    Wabo - good work on the run

    What - 18.1 miles LSR
    Why - stunning day out there
    last rest - 10/10
    last hard - that and yesterday's track. Pretty consistent pace wise too on a hilly, 50% trail/lanes mix. 
    Supposed to be getting colder but this afternoon was stunning. More gardening, and sat around in the sunshine. 
    Reckon I may be a little pink tomorrow.
