Early start for me with a 5k walk, then a tough day in the office. I'm now at 18699 steps but I did run a few errands. The diva is slightly miffed today. Oops. Won't tell my doc. I also used the standing desk most day today because my back is grumpy. So something's gotta give and that was the foot today. Back feels slightly better. A standing desk is a god-send, I tell ya.
It's soooo cold right now! I had to tread very carefully earlier because it was quite slippery in places and sleet/snow showers keep being pushed through. Very bizarre weather. Can it please be spring now?
Yes, comment box very small here, also! And yes, short run this morning when it was sunny but cold; the rest of the day it has been cold and grey and windy.
Headache particularly bad this evening so it looks like a hot bath shortly followed by a very early night.

What: just over 5km run home the long way after walking to nursery followed by 60 squats, 35 crunchies, 30 sec plank and 6 pushups
