Lyrics - Cry for you, cry
Gave up everything for you
Night after night
Got me caught up like a fool…

New song so maybe difficult

What run first thing then work
Why got a few bits to do
Last hard last night show plod with small group
Last rest 31/12

Nice to run early evening in the forest, very slow though!

    Morning!

Lyrics: no! Too modern I imagine!

Yesterday's were Jeans On, David Dundas (now Lord David Dundas). I bought new jeans on Monday. But not Brutus: the song was in their advert.

    What: short run later

    Why: work then neurologist

Sounds good to run with a group, Wabo! Forest sounds good too!

Cold and frosty this morning, but bright.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
  • Morning

Agree on the evening forest running Wabo.  Slow doesn't matter - gives you more time to enjoy it.

Good luck with the neurologist Ale.  Hopefully some answers at last.

Good news regarding travel Els.  Maybe another visit to your granddaughter?

    What: recovery
Why: longer run - shorter run - longer run combinations this week
Last hard: yesterday's MLR was a bit ploddy - decent amount of hillage involved but had to go right down with the pace to get round the miles.  Didn't help that I wasn't wearing enough and felt cold most of the time - energy for the legs was being diverted elsewhere for heating.
    Last rest: 30.03.2020

Lyrics: no, rarely listen to recent stuff - mostly 80s/90s

    Afternoon!

    Quiet!

Neurologist: as I anticipated he is sending me for a CT scan. Feels confident that whatever it is will gradually clear.

    What: just over 20 minutes

Why: all I wanted. Have somehow blistered the inside of one heel. Never get blisters. Even my feet are out of condition!

Shall try to finish the fence this evening, although it is rapidly cooling down. Have a neighbour's son coming to help otherwise I would delay it.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Alehouse sounds good with the neurologist, not so the blister!
Hazel ooh that's not nice to stay cold! Don't know what's wrong with me lately, I am wearing way more layers than I normally do!
Had a nice easy 3.75 mile run, went to work and got back later than I have been

    Evening

    Glad you've been referred Ale
Wabo run in the forest sounds good

What: 9km today, 5 km yesterday
Why: taking the scenic route to and from nursery!
Last hard: getting to nursery on time today
    Lyrics: nope

Annoyingly my Garmin isn't syncing to Garmin so I can't seem to see anything since mid March...anyone else having this trouble?

Trying to keep up my core and strength too but being careful not to overdo it.

    Have a lovely day all.
