    Emz, nice when they say your name though think it was low on the list for all of ours, probably after Thomas the tank engine!
    Chick - hope the gynae appointment goes OK. 
    Yesterday went quite well, less videoconsulting going on that I had feared mostly seeing folk in person. Main problem was even with a week's notice IT dept hadn't managed to reset any of my logons which is going to be a real pain. The X Ray dept who do their own system had it ready and waiting! Fairly gentle clinic and small scope list.
    Sunny today, off for walk with friend however she has hurt her back in the snow (not sure what she was up to!).

    Probably should go to the opticians too Ale and the dentist!  Nice you had an unexpected outing with M76 yesterday.

    Maybe you needed the sleep Wabo, hope the day gets better for you.  Track would be in company?

    Have a nice walk Els, maybe your friend was shovelling said snow?  Annoying regarding the IT issues.

    hrmph - first available day at the specialist is August 13 ... and I got that only because my practice intervened. Originally they said May 2022. WTF? My gyn said not to worry - from the appearance it's 99% benign. We just need that extra 1% confirmation. So, I'm trying not to stress. It's not the first time I have one. I just hope this one can stay in. Not so keen on having more surgery. 

    Wabo: I think we all suffer from isolation and not being able to do as we please and meet who we like. I'm insanely looking forward to my office day tomorrow. 

    Els: Why is it that IT never works? Sounds like you're easing back into it. 

    OH: +1 re. dentist. I need a crown too. Just one though. 

    Ale: Good point re. opticians. I deffo need new glasses.

    Chick the trouble is it leaves me some days not wanting to go out. I'm glad I went to work, got stuff to do now. But I couldn't force myself to go run outdoors or go track. It's cr*p. Did 3 miles on the treadmill instead

    Evening!

    What: just over 3k off road. 

    Why: all I wanted to do as being careful. After work, after the opticians and after the sun had gone in. Turned quite chilly compared to recent days. 

    Not keen on the treadmill, Wabo! Nor on this new proposed English/Spanish/Italian super league. At least Spurs won't be relegated. Or quite possibly ever have local derbies with West Ham, Fulham, Palace etc. I hear Chelsea might be withdrawing from the new league. A shame as Leicester could do a league and cup double if everyone else is kicked out of the Premier League and the FA cup! I have yet to hear of anyone in favour of it!

    Chick: is it worth telling them that if a cancellation crops up can they contact you. I have managed to get a couple of appointments that way recently!
